Yes, that is a mountain of basil! ha ha. We are making pesto and pizza margarita. The cheese comes from a dairy in Brainard, NE. As you can see in the pic with all the cheese samples...the majority of the cheese was sold out by the time I got there! It's wonderful!Have a great weekend!

That cheese is awesome. We got smokin' joes and loved it. Have you tried the Blue Cheese bread from the Lincoln bakery? We always eat the loaf on the way home. It's sooo good.
