Tuesday's Tip ~ How to cut a pineapple

I posted one other time about how to make pineapple rings....but now...I've got pictues! Yay! Don't you just love pictures. :) lol.

~cut the top and bottom off

~work your way around the pineapple slicing off the pokey skin (it's ok if some of the eyes are showing...it won't hurt ya)

~Lay the pineapple on it's side and slice desired thickness

~Use a water or soda lid and place in the center and push. Remove the core. (the core is a little tougher but is still edible)
